The Research Institute of Sciences and Engineering (RISE) is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Lab supervisor in the field of Cybersecurity and data analytics within the Center for Data Analytics and Cybersecurity (CDAC). The center focusses on developing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technology tools and systems for a range of relevant problems, including cybersecurity, digital multimedia security and forensics, intelligent transportation, and crowd analysis.

The selected candidate will be expected to support various activities including designing and implementing security measures of the Lab equipment and resources, installing, and upgrading systems software, managing software and hardware resources and supporting other activities of the Labs. The Lab engineer must have a master's or bachelor's degree from a reputable university with excellent coding skills. Applicants should have a solid background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

·      Identify Center's resources by installing, properly configuring and regularly updating software tools including network security and monitoring, intrusion prevention, … etc.

·         Adhere to all university policies and regulations for safe working procedures.

·     Provide support and guidance for the design, implementation and administration center's activities

·         Act as the center's resource lead for cybersecurity and data analytics design and implementation

·    Manage and maintain hardware and software resources.

·           Perform other duties as assigned.
