Job Purpose
|
The Department of Management/College of Business Administration at the University of Sharjah invites qualified candidates who have academic and industry experience to apply for full-time faculty lecturer positions exclusively in innovation management and Entrepreneurship. The commencement date of the position is in February and September 2023.
The successful candidates are expected to:
- Hold a minimum of a master's degree in Innovation Management/entrepreneurship from a recognized international University.
- Have demonstrated teaching experience within Higher Education mainly in Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of your related subject areas.
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the field of innovation/entrepreneurship
- Interest and experience in bridging links with industry and the community are also expected

Main accountabilities & expectations
|
- Teach the fundamental of innovation and entrepreneurship course courses at the undergraduate level.
- Contribute to the development of courses and programs and accreditation when required.
- Accomplish all assigned administrative tasks by the department and college
- Mentor and advise students.
- Organize innovation and entrepreneurship events and activities.
- Supervise students' projects and theses.
