​The Research Institute of Sciences and Engineering (RISE) has an opening for a full-time Post-Doctoral Fellow position in Human Genetics and Stem Cells Research Group. The successful candidate will be expected to design and carry out innovative experiments using diverse molecular, cellular, and biochemical techniques to address biological questions concerning deafness, stem cell differentiation, or tumor microenvironment.

1. Develop hypotheses and execute experimental plans for in vitro and in vivo models.
2. Have input in different projects of the research group
3. Communicate ideas and results with research group members.
4. Reviews the literature, summarize the experimental results, and prepare drafts of the manuscript.

The ideal candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology or a closely related field from a reputable university and must have an active research record consistent with experience. ​

• Strong expertise in molecular and cellular biology and biochemistry
• Must have a good track record of first-author publications in human genetics, cell biology, or related areas.
• Experience in small animal handlings such as mice and zebrafish is preferable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
