​The Research Institute of Sciences and Engineering (RISE) is seeking to hire a Post Doctorate researcher in the Environmental and Chemical Biology Research Group. Applicant should have good experience in basic molecular biology techniques and biochemical assays, including enzymology, molecular modeling and dynamics and homology modeling, basic natural/ lead optimization, analytical/ metabolomics analysis, and synthetic chemistry, microbiology, and basic pharmacology techniques. Being familiar with computational and artificial intelligence techniques are plus. Candidates should have the ability to lead projects, write grants and write manuscripts, and deliver presentations. 

• Follow all University policies regulations for safe working procedures
• Conduct research including wet experiments and computational analysis
• Writing grants and manuscripts
• Teaching and training students
• Placing orders and managing lab equipment and chemicals 
  

1. Ph.D. in Environmental Biology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or other related
2. Must have a strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures
3. Must be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
4. Must be willing to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
