Job Purpose
|
Teaching, conducting research, and performing community service

Main accountabilities & expectations
|
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
- Supervising and mentoring graduate students
- Mentoring junior faculty and providing leadership in scientific research
- Performing all assigned administrative tasks by the department, college, and university
- Providing leadership in the department across the areas of research, curriculum development, and service.
- Conducting high quality research publishable in Scopus indexed Q1 journals

Required Skills
|
Minimum qualification includes:
- PhD in Information Systems or a closely related field (from a reputable and internationally recognized University).
- Teaching & research track record in data analytics and AI
Preferred qualifications:- Have interest and experience in bridging links with industry and the community
- Research focus on big data, business analytics, or AI

Desirable Requirements
|
- Conduct high quality scientific research, teach both graduate and undergraduate courses, advise students, supervise graduate research projects, and perform administrative duties specified by the Department, College, and University.
- Effective teaching skills, proven research skills, and documented curriculum development skills
