Skills:
1. Fluency in English at the general and professional
levels is essential.
2. Excellent professional writing skills (research
proposals, scientific reports, etc.) and presentation
skills.
3. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office
applications and softwares in his field).
4. Strong interpersonal skills that can produce effective
professor-student interactions.
5. Experience using learning management systems in
education, e.g., Blackboard, etc.
6. Behavioral competencies include adaptability,
decisiveness, initiative, perseverance, organizational
skills, stress management, and valuing profession and
diversity.
Qualifications:
1. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in one of Chemistry
specialties from an accredited high-ranked/top 200
institution.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience of teaching in the field
at the University level.
3. Experience in teaching chemistry courses related
to the candidat’s especiality.
4. Evidence of active contributions to his/her field
through publishing in internationally recognized and
peer-reviewed journals and participating in
conferences, seminars, and other forums in related to
his/her chemistry expertise.
5. Has experience in credit hour system.
