Following up faculty and staff affairs (annual leaves, return from leaves, sick leaves, travel tickets requests, overtime requests, health insurance, school allowances, etc.).
Preparing conference/seminar/training applications for faculty and staff members.
Following up the needs of colleges in terms of storage places, stationary, transportation, housing, and computers.
Following up the process of paying the staff entitlements through checks from the Finance Department.
Following up the decisions taken regarding any staff member.
Preparing the annual college budget.
Following up the approved college budget, petty cash and the monthly expenditures.
Preparing and organizing the annual staff evaluations, in addition to giving some insight and recommendations when needed.
Reviewing, sorting and evaluating resumes and job applications for vacant staff positions, as well as attending the initial interviews in order to choose the final candidates short list.
Reviewing and sorting resumes and job applications for vacant faculty positions.
Preparing and/or updating job descriptions, duties and requirements for new and/or current staff positions at the College.
Contacting various executive administration, faculty and staff members in order to coordinate among them on behalf of the college.
Preparing required reports in any of the above issues (when needed).
