Job Purpose
|
The Department of Jurisprudence and its Foundations, at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, University of Sharjah, invites applicants for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Full Professor with expertise in Islamic Banking to join the team in Fall 2026.

Main accountabilities & expectations

- Teaching and academic advising.
- Scientific research.
- Participation in university and community service.
- Academic accreditation.
- Any other duties assigned by university regulations.

Required Skills
|
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees from a recognized university in the relevant field.
Professional Experience:
- Teaching experience at the Master's and Doctoral levels.
- Proven track record in Islamic banking (published research in peer-reviewed journals/conferences).
