Job Purpose
|
Associate/Assistant Professor in Bio-chemistry/chemical
biology with concentration in protein functions, enzymes, macromolecules
and their structures and activities

Main accountabilities & expectations
|
- Teach theoretical and practical courses in the biochemistry field at the graduate and undergraduate levels
- Conduct high quality research work in the area
- Recruit external and internal research funds
- Provide academic and professional Advising to students
- Contribute to curriculum and program development
- Contribute in the academic assessment processes
- Contribute to community services

Required Skills

Desirable Requirements
|
Ph. D in biochemistry/chemical biology from a
Western University (US/Canada/ Europe/Japan) and a first degree in biology/biochemistry
with a good track publication record in a top journals.
