​This is an opportunity to serve the College of Medicine, University of Sharjah as well as University Hospital Sharjah as a joint appointment that is privileged to cater both clinical and academic profiles. We look forward to qualified and experienced professionals who can deliver expertise as academic faculty as well as consultant pediatrician (priority for those with subspecialties of pediatric neurology, pediatric gastroenterology or pediatric pulmonology).  ​

1. Medical Students' teaching and assessment
2. Active Research in the field of interest.
3. University and community services
4. Consultant pediatrics roles and responsibilities
5. Share in educational events and programs directed to clinical clerkships
6. Supervising and mentoring postgraduate students
7. Participate in student' advising and mentoring
8. Perform clinical services in related specialty
9. Conduct group discussions (clinical PBL) and integrated curriculum
10. Administration role as requested.
    

1. At least five years’ experience of teaching and clinical experience in the related pediatrics field.
2. American Board / Fellowship (or Equivalent) in pediatrics.
