​The Research Institute of Sciences and Engineering (RISE) is seeking to hire a full-time Research Assistant (RAs) that is holding master degree with high CGPA from a reputable university. Applicants should have a solid background in Applied Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, or a closely related field, with a strong academic record and expertise in the numerical solution of ODEs and PDEs.  The RA will be working as a full-time researcher with the research group Modeling, Analysis and Simulation of some Evolutionary Phenomena (MASEP) at RISE, University of Sharjah. ​

• Follow all University policies regulations for safe working procedures
  

• Help in doing research in the general field of Applied Mathematics, Numerical Analysis.
  

• Implementing simulation to understand the solutions of ODEs and PDEs.
  

• Apply mathematical methods to model and solve problems in applied mathematics especially numerical techniques..
  

• Writing technical reports and papers on relevant research topics.
  

• May perform other duties related to the nature of his/her job as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.​​
  

• ​​Educational background in Applied Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, or a closely related field, with a strong academic record and expertise in the numerical solution of ODEs and PDEs.

• Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  

• Excellent computer and programming skills, with proficiency in relevant scientific computing and numerical analysis software and tools.​
