Role Overview

The Vice Chancellor will lead the development and execution of a bold, globally competitive strategy for research and graduate studies. The role is central to elevating   research quality, strengthening the linkages with the industry, increasing international visibility, expanding high-impact graduate programs, and strengthening the University's position within global rankings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a research and graduate studies strategy  
2. Enhance the quality, impact, and citation performance of research outputs.
3. Expand and internationalize graduate programs to attract local and global talent.
4. Secure major external research funding from national and international sources.
5. Build strategic partnerships with leading universities, industry, and research organizations.
6. Promote interdisciplinary research, innovation, and knowledge transfer.
7. Foster a high-performance academic environment that attracts and retains world-class faculty and researchers.
